At ESL One Birmingham 2026, the balance of power has shifted: in group A, the teams in the danger zone are PARIVISION, Rekonix and BetBoom Team, while in group B it is Nigma Galaxy and paiN Gaming:
The day’s main highlights were:
- Yakult Brothers vs MOUZ. The underdogs crushed the group favorites 2-0. On the second map, the risky position 4 Faceless Void pick completely failed, which Ghost on Muerta took full advantage of, finishing the game with a 25/2/6 scoreline.
- GamerLegion have found their game: they took an entire series off the clearly struggling PARIVISION and one map from Tundra Esports with the returning Pure. The last series set a record for the highest kill count: the American team racked up 54 kills. Such a result for the match day can be considered a success.
- Team Spirit vs Team Falcons. It was not the best day for CIS teams. The Falcons finally woke up, picked their signature heroes and didn’t let the Dragons do anything at all.
- Aurora did not lose a single map during the day, and the team’s two cores are still topping the tournament in KDA. Recall that on the first day of the tournament, Mikoto had a 44.0 KDA over 4 maps.
